Registration
All new patients must complete a health history assessment on the first visit. All assessments are updated yearly.

Fees & Policies
Initial consultations are complimentary. Mini Sessions are $40.00. Basic Sessions are $50.00. Extended Sessions are $80.00

1. Fees for services are payable upon completion of appointment
2. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid payment
3. Promptness is requested to assure full treatment sessions
4. Minimum treatment is a 15 minute appointment
