ABOUT BARBARA PROGER BERNSTEIN...

Barbara Proger Bernstein, L.E., C.P.E., C.C.E., received her B.A. from the University of Maryland. She obtained her technical training in electrology from the National Institute of Clinical Electrology in Virginia.

Mrs. Bernstein is a specialist in permanent hair removal, qualified to provide a full range of modalities - electrolysis, thermolysis and blend - for both medical and cosmetic reasons. She is a licensed electrologist by the Maryland Department of Mental Health and Hygiene; Certified Professional Electrologist and a Certified Clinical Electrologist.

She is a member of:
